Open Outlook Express.

Select the "Tools" menu and then go to accounts.

Now click the "Add" button and select Mail.

Now you should have this screen, Type in your name and click Next.

Enter your Email, this is your "username" @guernsey.net. Click Next.

Enter "post.guernsey.net" in both the incoming and outgoing mail boxes. Make sure the top box, (My Incoming mail server is a ... server) says POP3. Click Next.

Enter your username and password.  Click Next.

Click Finish.

You are now ready to start using E-mail.
