You can set up Outlook Express to access the Guernsey.Net News server by following the steps below:

Open Outlook Express. Click on TOOLS menu. Click on ACCOUNTS

Click on ADD button and click NEWS

Enter the name you would like to appear on all the news you post and click NEXT

Enter your email address and click NEXT

Enter the name of the news server, this is "news.guernsey.net" and click NEXT

Choose a friendly name and click NEXT

Choose "Connect using my phone line" and click NEXT

Select the modem you use to connect and click NEXT

Select "Use and existing dial-up connection" and highlight Guernsey.Net, then click NEXT

Click on FINISH

Click on CLOSE
