| 24 x 7 callout option |
With this option you will be able to call out an engineer 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Critical issues will be responded to within 1 hour during office hours, and to be on site within 1 hour (4 hours max) out of office hours. Non critical issues will be scheduled for office hours (9.00 – 17.00). A call out and hourly charge will be applicable at £90 during office hours and £175 out of hours. Out of hours calls will be charged at a minimum of one hour.
