Description - A medium sized light geen liverwort with black edges to the thallus
Habitat - Fairly common on dry roadside banks
Comments - This species is usually very fertile. The female gametophytes are borne on the under surface of the cap of mushroom shaped growths with star shaped heads on the top surface of the thallus.
