These 4 W's help to keep the meetings on track. They are :-
Welcome :
Make everyone welcome & part of the group, with games, chat and questions.
Worship :
Worship stuff - it doesn't have to be musical. A time to feel the presence of God. Thankfulness.
Word :
Let Jesus and His word change our lives. Live the life, not just talk about it! A time to ask each other searching questions. Prayer, spiritual gifts, hearing God's voice.
This needs dependence on the Holy Spirit
Witness :
To see not-yet-Christian friends reached for Jesus. This involves prayer, spiritual warfare & planning, to feel as a cell God's heart for the lost. Obedience to the Holy Spirit & faith.
There is also a time for chat and food and drink at the end of the cells.
