Key developments in trusts law in the Channel Islands
Early next month, trust company directors and senior administrators will have the opportunity to hear how recent decisions of the local courts are affecting the management of trusts in the Channel Islands. Following the success of last year's event, Carey Olsen is again hosting an autumn trusts seminar on 2nd December in Guernsey.
