A quick bio - I'm a Computer Communications Consultant, which is possibly as meaningless as it sounds, live in Guernsey, which is definately as nice as it sounds, and devour a wide range of strange information.
A slower bio - I have an honours degree in Information Systems Design, and experience in the Internet
for a double-figure number of years. I don't waste my time reading other people's opinions in magazines,
except for the Skeptical Inquirer because its a nice counterpoint to the Fortean Times. I fly lots of
stunt kites, still spend time on role-playing games like AD&D, even though I'm supposed to be all grown
up, and try hard to drive within the speed limit.
A detailed bio - well, its odd what some people will put on their Web pages. I know several people who won't even put their phone numbers on, presumably because they're afraid that they might get a call! But if you have even the slightest inkling of privacy, you'd understand. But rest assured that the choice of background colour says nothing about my politics!
