Customer Service:

Most new items sold come with manufactures warranty. Used equipment sold as seen or described with no warranty

Hired equipment is repaired, adjusted or replaced as required depending on type of contract and repair will be either at no charge or at the Links standard hourly rate plus a charge for spares used.

Links does not operate general doorstep selling, telesales operation nor mass mail shots either by letter post or email. Links does, for example, advise selected existing and potential customers of offers and services.

Data Protection act - Links is registered under The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2001

Cancellation of contract hire will be as per individual contract . For example a minimum 12 month contract would require one month notice after the minimum contract period had passed, cancellation before that date would incur a charge for the balance of hire due.

Repairs for non-hired equipment out of warranty at the Links standard hourly charge

Complaints initially direct to Links and if not resolved either by Arbitration or through Petit Debts / Royal Court procedures.
