The Area

 

St Saviour is a lovely area in the centre of Guernsey. Les Prevosts is an old Guernsey farmhouse and the Barn is one of the longest standing on the island. It has recently been beautifully modernised to a high standard, and is suitable for 8 people (2 extra beds if required).

Parking is in a driveway outside the Barn which has its own private entrance.

  • Large hall with cloakroom.
  • Washing machine and tumble dryer.
  • Bedroom 1: two twin beds.

First Floor

  • Bedroom 2: double bed
  • Bathroom 1: 2 washbasins, bath, shower, toilet
  • Kitchen: fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave
  • Sitting Room/Diner: TV, video, dining table for 10

Second Floor

  • Bedroom 3: 3 single beds
  • Bathroom 2
  • Bedroom 4: Double bed
 Garden
Over an acre of garden for the sole use of Barn residents, with garden furniture and a covered area.

Games Room
Large unconverted barn with table tennis, small snooker table, and darts facilities.

Child Facilities

  • Babysitting by arrangement.
  • Cot, buggy, and highchair available.

Linen
All linen (except beach towels) provided.
