Amateur radio transmitting licenses
Licenses issued by United Kingdom are valid in Guernsey.  Holders of licenses issued by CEPT countries may also operate in Guernsey.

Holders of licenses issued outside CEPT should see information about how to make application for a reciprocal licence published by The Radiocommunications Agency.

As elsewhere in UK, any licensed amateur may operate a station under a licensed resident host's supervision, using the host's callsign, and for this type of operation no application for a UK licence is needed.

Radio club
The Guernsey Amateur Radio Society welcomes visitors to its meetings on Tuesday and Friday evenings.

Visitors who observe good operating practice, and who operate within
the terms of their licenses will find a warm welcome in Guernsey.
