In this episode, we finally find out who Cartman's father is, although it is not quite what anyone expected. However, before we find out, every delay possible, occurs. Firstly Mephesto is shot, and although the wound is not fatal he is taken to Intensive Care at the Hospital. The Mayor soon has to deal with the America's Most Wanted film crew who want to make a recreation of the event for their TV programme. More delaying occurs, when a huge storm hits South Park, putting the hospital at which Mephesto is being taken care of in danger of losing it's electricity supply. With a gunman on the loose, and heavy snow showers threatening Mephesto's life, this is a very gripping episode.
